"Serie Gastronomie" an opinion, not so much a review.

A Canadian gluten free beer in a wine bottle. All the other beers from them work well for me. Being a Celiac person, I am always looking for new gluten free ideas in food and beverage. This food ready beer from the Quebec brewery does not disappoint. In fact in a strange way, for me, it brings me back the memory of the large licorice cigars and pipes (candy) you could buy at a local corner store as a kid in the sixties. Nice memory.
